During the warranty period, the product is warranted against:

• Discoloration, fading, or significant optical distortion
• Loss of solar or UV protection performance (beyond 10% degradation)
• Adhesive failure or film lifting from the substrate under normal conditions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation or unapproved adhesives
• Scratches, abrasions, or glass breakage caused by external impact or misuse
• Natural wear due to poor maintenance or use of harsh chemicals
• Modification, tampering, or installation on unsuitable substrates
• Acts of nature (storms, flooding, earthquakes, extreme heat)
To file a claim:
1. Provide proof of purchase and installation date.
2. Present the affected surface for inspection by an authorized representative.
3. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of noticing a defect.

• Replace the defective film at no cost for material; and/or
